Our tariffs

The fee for notarial work is based on the Notary Fee Schedule of the Solothurn Association of Attorneys and the Association of Solothurn Notaries. Depending on the type of work, the fee shall be based on the time expenditure, the amount involved in the matter, or fixed rates.

The fee for attorney’s services is based on the fee agreement to be made. The key components are the time expenditure required based on the circumstances, the degree of responsibility required in connection with the matter, the importance of the matter and the amount involved in the same. For court disputes, the statutory rate in force in the respective location may apply.
