Our services
We provide all legal services. In addition to business, contract and commercial law with M&A, our preferred areas of practice are civil law (including employment law, tenancy law, property law, matrimonial law, matrimonial property law, inheritance law, succession planning, execution of wills), general public law in particular energy law (in particular electricity law, water law and concession law), private and public building law including planning law, environmental and expropriation law, liability law and insurance law. We litigate at all Swiss (arbitration) courts. Furthermore, we provide all notarial services throughout Switzerland (from notarizations, marriage and inheritance contracts, wills, real estate contracts to all corporate transactions such as incorporations, grounds, capital increases, etc.). When dealing with international mandates, we draw on a network of correspondent attorneys and specialists in Switzerland and abroad if required. The employees of our firm are active in various fields of law. This enables us to offer tailor-made solutions to a wide range of legal problems. A high level of personal and professional competence allows us to manage even complex mandates in a targeted and efficient manner at all times.
Our Team
A team of highly qualified and experienced attorneys at law and notaries as well as an efficient secretariat is at your disposal. At our central location in the heart of Switzerland (ideally accessible by car from Zurich, Bern, Basel and Lucerne, by public transport in 30 minutes), we advise in Olten in a privileged, easily accessible location in modern offices (wheelchair-accessible, air-conditioned). Of course, if wished, we also hold meetings and discussions outside office, like p.e. in the offices or homes of our clients.

Our reliability
In 1928, Dr. Wilhelm Strub founded his law firm in Olten, which was taken over by Dr. Helmut Strub and has been managed by Dr. Dominik Strub since 1995 in the third generation. Long tradition, high reliability.
